Who qualifies?

  • Own a startup or SME registered in the UAE with a minimum value of AED 500,000.
  • Value confirmed by an accredited business incubator or the Ministry of Economy.
  • Alternatively, be a partner in a project with a total capital of at least AED 500,000, sharing the same value proportionally.
  • Previous project owners who sold a startup for at least AED 7 million are also eligible.
